When you broke your jewelry by accidentally, you can ask for estimated repair price by sending us your jewelry pictures.

Once we give you estimated price you can send your merchandise to us. Send your repair fee to PayPal.me/ohmychristine.

Please allow us 1-3 weeks to repair.


All sales are not subject to a refund. Customized jewelry, pre-ordered jewelry and pierced earrings are marked as final sale.

In some cases, only merchandise exchanges may be issued.

No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for items on sale.)

All purchases and purchase of sale are final sale.

How to return merchandise for exchange

Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that by emailing to ohmychristinejewelry@gmail.com.

Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA will be generated and emailed to you. Mail us your item(s) to us.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
If you have any additional questions about the return policy please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for resizing your ring for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email or call one of our customer service associates with both the existing and new order number. We can resize for $25 of charge for shipping back to you if you let us know within 7 days of delivery.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.  Please allow 1 – 2 business days after placing your order for processing.  Pre-order item will take up to 1-3 weeks.
